Standard Shipping

We pride ourselves on efficient order processing and strive to fulfill all orders promptly upon receipt. Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard items (stickers, apparel, accessories, etc.) ship via UPS, USPS, or FedEx, and tracking information will be provided once your order ships.


Freight Shipping (Oversized Items)

Some products (including leaf packs and other oversized components) ship directly from the manufacturer via truck freight (LTL).

  • Flat-rate freight applies at checkout based on your location.

  • Residential deliveries and/or liftgate service may require an additional fee.

  • Remote or limited-access deliveries may also incur extra charges.

  • If any additional charges apply, we’ll contact you before shipping for approval.

💡 Example: Customers in residential areas who require liftgate service may see an added freight charge (typically $75–$125).


Order Processing & Lead Times

  • Orders typically process within 1–3 business days.

  • Certain products may be temporarily out of stock or require custom assembly, which can extend lead times.

  • In these cases, you will receive an updated delivery timeline promptly.

  • Drop-shipped items may have additional lead times depending on manufacturer availability.


DOT & Off-Road Use Disclaimer

Some components offered by Optic Offroad are designed specifically for off-road use and are not intended for use on public roads regulated by the Department of Transportation (DOT). Please verify product use requirements prior to installation.


Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship within the continental United States only.

  • Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or international addresses is not available at this time.
